Every detail at Family Affair is special, from the staff, to the delightful breakfast and individually prepared coffee every morning, to the comfortable and very clean rooms. Each and every interaction we had with the staff—including Ramona, Emanuela, Charmis, and the housekeeping staff—was warm, helpful, and kind. All of their recommendations directed us to delicious meals and memorable experiences. They even helped us make several reservations.

My wife and I travel fairly extensively and I will say that this is one of the top B&Bs we have stayed at. The location is very good as you can walk to anything you may want to visit. The rooms are huge, very clean and fully/thoughtfully appointed. The breakfast was extensive and delicious - and they largely changed it each day. Most of all, the ladies that work there (front desk, breakfast, cleaning, etc.) were ALL very friendly and helpful. Stay here, you will be glad you did!!!
Fantastic 6 bedroom B&B in a converted old mature apartment building on a quiet tree-lined street.
A real hidden gem tucked away behind huge imposing wooden doors. The lobby and breakfast area were beautifully decorated and cool and the bedroom suite we received was remarkable. Vaulted ceilings with period frescos and gorgeous tiled floors.
All modern conveniences with great shower and good water pressure. Wi-Fi speeds fair at about 25mbps and large smart tv.
Would definitely recommend a visit here if you are staying in Palermo.
Great little boutique hotel! Ideally located in the centre of Palermo with beautifully renovated rooms. Highly recommended, if planning a trip to Palermo!
Very clean room and nice breakfast. It is walking distance to all of the attractions of the city.
We only have fond memories regarding our stay at Family Affair. It's located in a cozy, gentrified residential area of Palermo. You'll feel at home right away. A lot of thought and creativity went into the design of the property. Every room and suite has its own theme. Friendly, personable service. Generous delicious breakfast too. Look no further!
Besides it being ideally situated in the heart of Palermo, the service was immaculate and warm. They really master the art of detail and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. Impeccable staff. Highly recommend this place.
Amazing property - spotless clean, modern, chic. The staff members were so warm and welcoming, provided us with great recommendations and even helped us find a marionette performance for our son.
